Dwei11 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of membership. If you are unable to verify your eligibility when requested, dwei11 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any outstanding balance until verification is completed.

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only at dwei11. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings or balances.

Dwei11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, and the following terms apply generally to all offers:

• Each bonus may only be claimed one time only per member, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to other members.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or related wins is permitted.

• Account sharing: Allowing another individual to use your account or using an account belonging to someone else.

Dwei11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Failure to comply with KYC requirements within the stipulated period.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the dwei11 support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant verification requirements.

Dwei11 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or continued reliability of this service.

Dwei11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

Dwei11's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
